Lauren Lalicon threw herself into PFAY – or the Professional Filipino American Youth —  in 2017 without much of a plan or a second thought. The following year, she began working for the office of Tammy Murphy, the First Lady of New Jersey, as a policy director.

Governor Murphy Announces Appointments to New Jersey Asian American and Pacific Islander Commission

TRENTON- Governor Phil Murphy today announced the appointments of 28 public members to the New Jersey Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) Commission. The announcement comes during AAPI Heritage Month, which is an annual celebration that recognizes the cultural and historical contributions of individuals and groups of Asian and Pacific Islanders in the United States.
